Don’t Wait! Grab the Nintendo Switch 2 Black Friday Bundles Now

Nintendo Switch 2 Black Friday Deals Are Live

Man, Black Friday is absolutely wild, isn’t it? We’ve all been holding our breath since the Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) dropped a few months back, trying to figure out if we’d actually see any real savings. I mean, they don’t exactly hand out discounts like candy on shiny new hardware! But guess what? The deals are indeed live. While the console itself isn’t seeing some massive, unbelievable price drop—because, let’s be honest, who expected that?—the smart money is focused on the bundles and the games. That’s where the real treasure is buried, and now’s the moment to strike.

The Console, The Bundle, and That Must-Have Game

Retailers are playing smart this year. They know they can’t slash the standard $349 price tag on the console itself, so they’re giving us value through bundles, which is honestly the smartest way to buy new hardware anyway.

The biggest deal going right now is the Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle. You’ll find it holding steady at $399 at most major stores. Yes, I know, that doesn’t sound like a discount, but when you factor in that the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game usually runs closer to $60 on its own, you’re saving a solid chunk of cash just for buying them together. That’s essentially a half-price game, getting you rolling immediately. Why bother paying full price for the game next week? It’s a complete no-brainer.

There’s also the Animal Crossing: New Horizons bundle floating around for the same price. I’ve noticed that one seems a little harder to pin down; stock might be running thin already. If you see it—and I mean, if you actually see it available—grab it immediately. That scarcity alone tells you it’s a good deal.

The Unbelievable Game Savings

This is where Nintendo has gotten uncharacteristically generous. If you already own the Switch, or you’re picking up one of those bundles, you need games. You absolutely do! We all know that feeling of seeing first-party titles sitting stubbornly at $60, never moving. Black Friday changes that, if only for a few days. We’re seeing a ton of excellent, recently-patched, or slightly older titles hitting that magic $39.99 mark. 33% off? That’s almost unheard of for these quality titles, and you simply can’t let them slip away.

  • Super Mario Odyssey: Dropping to $39.99. If you missed this masterpiece the first time, or just want the better-running OLED version, this is pure, distilled joy at a fantastic price.
  • Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (Remake): Also hitting $39.99. This is the definition of a steal. It’s a gorgeous, funny remake, and that price is maybe the best we’ll see until Christmas.
  • Marvel’s Midnight Suns (Switch Edition): This AAA port, the one we were all so skeptical about, is down to $30. If you’ve got a fancy new 4K TV and the Switch dock, giving The Avengers a spin at the Sanctum at that price seems like a decent risk.

Don’t forget the sports titles like EA FC25 and NBA 2K25 either; they are seeing similar massive cuts near the $29.99 mark. You’d be foolish to ignore those if you need a quick, robust portable sports fix.

Essentials You Might Actually Need

Accessories, right? They’re always the forgotten element, but they’re essential. Especially for the Switch, because Nintendo, being Nintendo, is still using the standard MicroSD storage standard.

If you’re planning on downloading anything substantial—and those new games are big—you absolutely need a MicroSD card. They can be expensive, but thankfully, we’re seeing decent chunks taken off the price of the bigger cards, like the 512GB and 1TB Lexar and Samsung options. Look for at least $20 to $30 off those high-capacity units; that’s money you’re saving on something you were probably going to have to buy anyway.
